1. ) Eligibility
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
• If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.
• You agree that all information you provide during registration is accurate and kept up to date.
2.) Accounts
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3.) Subscriptions and Payments
• Individual runners are charged £4.99 per month after a 1-month free trial.
• Running clubs can set their own membership rates.
• Payments are processed via Stripe, Apple Pay, or by credit/debit card and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods unless required by law.
4.) Shop Purchases
• Products sold via the shop page are subject to availability.
• All shop payments are securely processed via Stripe, Apple Pay, or by credit/debit card.
• Delivery and returns policies are provided at checkout or on the product page.
5.) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use the app for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit our software.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

The app uses GPS tracking, step counts, and health metrics to improve your running experience. By using the app, you consent to the collection and processing of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content, trademarks, and software in the app are owned or licensed by Motion Running Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

• We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from your participation in running or other activities organised via the app.
• We provide the service “as is” and make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the past 12 months.
2. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also close your account at any time.
